"My husband is happy with them. Not sure that we've ever had to file a claim, but we pay the bill every month and don't have any problems there. I added our teenage driver in Dec. We were given the option to have her amount come directly from her own account. We are 5 months in and her monthly amount has changed at least 3 times. Her autodraft has been cancelled twice for no reason. She is then billed an additional $3 service fee for a paper bill. I'm looking for quotes from other companies today since they can't even get back to me until monday."
